Take a drive to the desert city of Bikaner, where you can explore its 16th century fort boasting old palaces, temples and a mosque. Founded by Raja Rai Singh in 1589, this majestic fort is home to 37 pavilions and an array of balconies and windows with unique designs. Inside the fort lies Joramal Temple as well as Har Mandir - the royal chapel used for celebrating royal weddings and births.
